Approximate volume. Our prices are based on the actual volume submitted for scanning; therefore, try to be as accurate as possible. Please describe your volume as the "number of pages", "boxes", "file drawers", etc.

Approximate number of separate documents. Pricing is based both on volume and the number of separate electronic files produced. For example, a manila file folder containing 10 reports that need to remain separate is considered 10 documents. A single 300-page report is considered 1 document.
